Catherine Carruthers is owner and founder of A Little Red Bird Pantry.  She started this business in 2020 after her beautiful mom gained her wings.  She was her inspiration.  Her mom loved cooking, creating, baking, and so many other things, like watching the birds outside, planting pretty flowers and just enjoying life.

Her favorite bird was the cardinal - and when Catherine and a friend were cleaning out her garage one day after her mom's passing, the most beautiful cardinal flew by.  Her friend said, "a little red bird", and so the name of Catherine's pantry (and business) was born.   

Catherine's mom supported local businesses and passed that along to Catherine.  Her pantry offers delicious farm fresh conserves, salsas, sauces from small businesses across the United States, along with delicious candy made in her home state of Virginia and amazing bread mixes from Tennessee.  Her to-die-for pickles are from a local small business in Virginia and Pennsylvania.  You will love all these delicious treats.
